An order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error or stock issue; in that case you’ll be fully refunded.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your card details.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout, within the timeframes described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal
